To improve the onboarding experience for newly transferred customers, I helped reimagine Mr. Cooper’s welcome kit as a clear, supportive, and brand-forward package. Designed to reduce confusion and build trust from day one, the kit combined friendly messaging with easy-to-follow resources to guide customers through the 15-day transition. The result was a smoother handoff, reduced call volume, and a stronger first impression of the Mr. Cooper brand.
